If you’re not a SA国际传媒 Rewards member, you can still use the app to your advantage. View upcoming promotions and events, make dining and/or hotel reservations, and navigate the property.

How do I register for an account?

You must already be a SA国际传媒 Rewards member in order to register an account in the SA国际传媒 App. (If you have just signed up for SA国际传媒 Rewards, please note it may take up to an hour for your account information to transfer before you can register for an account within the app.

Tap the ‘Register Account’ tab on your screen. To complete your registration, fill in your SA国际传媒 Rewards account number. Your SA国际传媒 Rewards number begins with PM000, you will only need to fill in the number after the zeros. For example, if your number is PM000111111, simply enter 111111.

Once you’ve entered your SA国际传媒 Rewards Number, enter your birth date and tap Register. Then fill in your email address and create a password.

You will receive an email to verify your account. Tap the Verify Email Address button in the email. Now you’re all set. You can login to your account by going to the home screen of the app and entering in your account number and password.

How do I reset my password?

You can do this in two ways:

1. If you are already logged in to your account: Tap the ‘Menu’ tab on your screen. Then tap ‘Settings’ and ‘Change Password’.
2. If you are not currently logged in into your account: Tap the ‘Reset Password’ button on your login screen. You will need to fill in your account number and birth date to get a new password.

How do I turn on/off push notifications?

Go to the ‘Menu’ tab on your screen. Then tap the ‘Settings’ listing on the side of your screen. Under ‘Settings’ you will see ‘Push Notifications’. Tap the button to make changes. If the button is RED, then notifications are enabled. If the button is white, notifications are turned off.

Tap the ‘Menu’ tab on your screen. Then tap the ‘Contact’ listing on the side of your screen. Tap ‘Send Message’ button and fill out the form with your questions or feedback.

How do I get offers?

The fastest and easiest way to get offers is to become a SA国际传媒 Rewards member and use your card while playing and making purchases at SA国际传媒. Although you can’t register online, it’s easy to become a member next time you’re at SA国际传媒. Just visit SA国际传媒 Rewards on Casino Level 2.

SA国际传媒 Rewards members receive offers via the app, so it’s recommended that you become one, but you don’t have to be a member to download the app.

How do I log out of my account on the app?

Tap the ‘Menu’ tab on your screen. Then tap ‘Log Out’ on the side of your screen. 

How can I find my tier progress?

Log in to your account, tap the ‘My Account’ tab. Your tier point total will be listed on the side of the screen and a progress bar will appear in the middle of the screen. The bar gives you a visual representation on how close you are to achieving the next tier level. 

How can I find out more information on tier benefits?

Once you’ve logged into your account, tap the ‘My Account’ tab on your screen. Find the ‘Tier Benefits’ button near the bottom of the page. Tap the ‘Tier Benefits’ button for more information about your benefits.

Where do I view my reward points?

Log in to your account online or use the SA国际传媒 app, tap the ‘My Account’ tab on your screen. Your Reward Points will be listed near the top of the screen.

Reward points for slot play are equal to $1 of free play for every 100 reward points earned. These points can be downloaded at any slot machine when you insert your SA国际传媒 Rewards card. Follow the onscreen prompts to download dollars to your favorite slot machine.

Reward points for retail, dining, and hotel purchases are equal to $2 for every 100 reward points earned. Present your SA国际传媒 Rewards card to any of our dining outlets, or Gift Shop to redeem your reward points.
